| For sale is a wonderful miniature Papago indian basket. The weaver is Rita Chozyuho (?) These baskets were handmade by the Papago Indians of Arizona. Approximately 2 1/2" in diameter. The red color is more desirable in these baskets. A little red is sometimes used from the root of the wild banana plant. It looks to be in great condition. I have tried to take good quality photos. I am not a dealer in indian baskets. You be the judge. I have been collecting baskets and other indian arts as an investment for over 20 years. I have been an antiques dealer for over 20 years dealing in quality items such as Tiffany, English Cameo glass, fine art, sterling & coin silver, Doulton, Rookwood, etc. Check back at our auctions.
